How long will my baked goods stay fresh?
Our products are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery. To maintain freshness, store them in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship across the country using express couriers to ensure your treats arrive as fresh as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we bake everything to order, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 2 hours of the order being placed.
Do you have options for people with allergies?
While we offer some gluten-free and nut-free recipes, all our treats are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee 100% cross-contamination prevention.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives in poor condition, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
