Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately upon delivery to help us assess the concern.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and the photos taken.
- 3.Quality Review
Our bakery team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or store credit is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, your replacement will be prioritized for the next bake cycle or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
